I am very pleased to be a Chevrolet Tahoe owner. When I arrived to the Sealine service tent the sales representative escorted me to the tent for refreshments to wait for my car. The technicians completed the checkup in just 15 minutes, and when I asked how much it costs I was surprised to know that it was free because I’m a Chevrolet owner.
Then I curiously asked how this benefits the company, and I was pleasantly surprised when the Aftersales manger said: “The satisfaction of our customers is the only return we seek”.
